With over 30 years of experience, I offer total management of high-end, contemporary residential projects in the greater Evergreen area, from site selection, through construction, and following completion.
I founded K&M Builders Ltd in 1989 in Evergreen, Colorado with a goal of providing a more personalized and environmentally friendly home building experience for my clients.
In 2007 I co-founded Corvid Inc which initiated patents on a heated and cooled radiant concrete wall for use in residential and commercial construction.
K&M Builders has since used the concrete sandwich panel wall in several of its construction projects. Projects can be designed to be net zero and extremely energy efficient. I am a firm believer in the importance of integrating photovoltaic, wind, solar thermal panels, and low energy cooling systems into our already highly efficient insulated mass structures and conventionally constructed homes.
